Course Information
This course is designed to improve your muscle strength and endurance. Strength training increases the size of the skeletal muscle, increasing personal strength, power, agility, and stamina. By using the force of gravity to our advantage, we will be able to reach our personal fitness goals with circuit training, free weights, and olympic lifts.
